Lives murdered in New Jersey to NJ Transit and Coach USA deadly bus drivers and train engineer epidemic!

New Jersey pedestrians' lives are not safe in these streets because they are being killed by speeding incompetent NJ Transit and Coach USA bus drivers and train engineers. The pedestrians are then being blamed for their deaths instead of the person who killed them.

When the train engineer sees someone on the train tracks, they need to pull their emergency breaks. If the train engineer cannot see someone on the train tracks before approaching, they need glasses or not be hired.

I am sure the train have cameras and voice device to alter that a person on the tracks.

Since the car company can install safety devices to prevent lives from being killed, why can't the 3rd most extensive use transportation company install one to protect New Jersey residents and decrease the death rate? The transportation company gets millions or billions of dollars; why do they not use the monies to install safety devices.

No excuse! 





NJ Transit needs to stop collaborating with dangerous bus companies (Coach USA and Academy bus), killing a pedestrian under its brand in the name of money, not safety.

The sad part is New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, other politicians, the bus companies' CEO's, and the Vehicular Homicide Prosecutor Unites in New Jersey do not care about human lives. They only care about protecting the bus companies because of political favor.

How many more lives have to be killed before a bill passes to hold the bus drivers accountable for their actions?

Murder is murder regardless of what object you use as a weapon.

Remembering  Adeline Derephonse, age 53, of Irvington, NJ who was killed by Coach USA bus driver  The pedestrian who was struck and killed by a bus in South Orange on May 21 has been identified as Adeline Derephonse, age 53, of Irvington, NJ. The incident is being investigated by the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the South Orange Police Department. No charges have been filed at this time and the investigation is active. Derephonse was stuck while in the intersection of South Orange Avenue and Valley Street in South Orange Village Center and pronounced dead on the scene. According to Thomas Fennelly of the ECPO, “The incident occurred at the intersection of South Orange Avenue and Valley Street. A female pedestrian was struck by a Coach USA bus. The victim, who has been identified as Adeline Derephonse, age 53, of Irvington, NJ, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:55 pm.” This story originally identified the bus as an NJ Transit  bus, per an email from Village
