Some of the murder victims names killed by NJ Transit and Coach USA bus drivers and train engineers

This list is staggering numbers of death I found that was online that was reported. It is more murder caused by NJ Transit/ Coach USA deadly bus drivers and train engineers. I want my readers to know that some of these article links have been removed offline by NJ Transit/Coach USA attorneys. The bus companies have a person to suffer the internet to what articles are written about the countless innocent lives killed by their so call hired train driver.

If the bus companies reported, the bus companies have their attorney's to contact the companies and request them to remove the article that shines the light on the truth. There is too much corruption, cover-up, political favoritism, or nepotism going on with the companies and Vehicular Homicide Prosecutor Department. The bus drivers and train engineers go to work and get pay, while the victim's families have to pay for funerals and go to the cemetery. Most of these deaths and prosecutor corruption occurs under Chris Christie Administration and continue with Governor Phil Murphy.

I am upset to see that US Senator is passing a bill to protect the bus drivers from passengers assault but not the victims murder by these bus drivers/train engineer. The law states that anyone who assaults or does any dangerous thing to a bus driver will go to jail.

New Jersey political figures who have been in the office sit on their asses to collect a check and not doing anything about passing a law to have these drivers go to jail.
I say to all of these politicians who have bee occupying these political positions need to get out of the office and let someone who has compassion for human life to do what is right for all social justice. These people on this list can be your loved ones.

Governor Murphy is giving NJ Transit millions of dollars for not increase transportation fare. He should invest money to put a memorial where deadly transit drivers killed every person's life.

The prosecutors need to stop blaming the victims for their death and blame the person who is operating these buses and trains using it as a weapon.

There needs to be justice for these innocent people killed in vain.

-       Weehawken- NJ Transit driver caught on tape counting money, playing on the phone, and eating while driving. NOV 2018
There are many cases against NJ Transit that have not been to court yet. Just filed. I could not see further on them. Most seem to vehicular accidents.
*As far as I can tell, no drivers nor the company has been charged with vehicular manslaughter or other related charges.

Accidents
In 2016 an NJ Transit commuter train crashed into Hoboken terminal. There were one death and 114 injuries. The driver, Thomas Gallagher, was determined to suffer from sleep apnea which was the cause of the crash. This later caused New Jersey Transit to issue a new requirement for employees. As of October 18th, 2018, the company faces 45 lawsuits over this crash.

definitive has been determined on how it occurred."
Clarke also said authorities are searching for more
witnesses. Castillo was struck and killed by a NJ Transit
bus near the Willowbrook Mall at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday. Castillo did not have any identification on him when he was killed.
The bus involved in the crash was on NJ Transit’s 191 line,
which runs to and from Willowbrook Mall and the Port

IRVINGTON — A 45-year-old Orange woman was struck
and killed by a commuter bus in Irvington this morning,
authorities said.
Josefa Cisallina Mingo was hit by the eastbound NJ Transit
bus around 6 a.m. near the intersection of Springfield
Avenue and New Street, according to Acting Essex County
 Prosecutor Carolyn Murray.
Mingo was taken to University Hospital in Newark,
where she died roughly three hours later, Murray said.
Officials would not say where Mingo was standing when
the collision occurred, but charges had not been filed
against the bus driver as of late this afternoon.
Murray declined to answer further questions, citing the

A Palisdes Park man was in critical condition after being
struck by an NJ Transit bus in Belleville on Wednesday.
Mario Rosele Garcia, 39, was apparently struck
Authorities are still investigating the incident in which
Mario Rosele Garcia, 39, of Palisades Park, was struck
by an NJ Transit bus on July 11. He was taken to University
Hospital in Newark in critical condition, where he died
three days later.
According to Katherine Carter, spokeswoman for the
Essex County Prosecutor's Office, Garcia appeared to
have been crossing the street at the time of the incident.
The prosecutor's office dispatched its Major Crimes/
Vehicular Homicide Unit to the scene, but no charges
or summonses have yet been issued, she said.
NJ Transit spokesperson Nancy Snyder said that when
such an incident involving one of its buses occurs,
the company conducts its own internal investigation.
The bus driver is also pulled from service until the
 investigation is completed. Snyder
said Friday that the company's internal investigation into the
Belleville incident continues.
The incident was one of at least three area bus accidents
involving pedestrians in the past few weeks, with two of the
 victims succumbing to their injuries.
Exactly one week later, another pedestrian was hit by a
bus and died, this time in Bloomfield. Deshon Johnson, 22, of
Montclair was fatally struck on July 18 at the intersection of
Broad Street and Bay Avenue. It is believed that Johnson,
who was pronounced dead at the scene, was rushing to
catch Bus No. 709 to get to his job at Home Depot on
Broad Street in Bloomfield when he was hit, according to
authorities. The bus was
 operated through Coach USA.http://www.northjersey.com/

In 2016 they had 256,482 crashes, 59,096 injuries, and 602 deaths; which was an increase in 2015.

The largest settlement that I can find was for 10 million in the case of Dertouzo v. NJ Transit. Injured and survived..severe injuries

There is also a 2,3 million dollar settlement where a pedestrian was struck, dragged by the bus, and survived with brain damage, back, neck, and leg injuries.
