 Remember 29-year-old Union County man Evan Krupp Killed By NJ Transit Train Engineer In Summit On July 26, 2023 SUMMIT, NJ, (July 24, 2023) - A 29-year-old Scotch Plains man was killed after being hit by a Morris & Essex Line train near the Summit station at about 1:20 p.m., NJ Transit officials said. Sadly, Evan Krupp died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. The train that struck Krupp had 45 people aboard and was scheduled to arrive in Hoboken at 2 p.m.  A tragic incident near the Summit station involving an NJ Transit train resulted in the loss of Evan Krupp, a 29-year-old from Scotch Plains, Union County.  Remember David M. Hancock Who Was Killed in Bergen County NJ Transit Train Engineer August 31, 2023 The 66-year-old, David M. Hancock, of Fair Lawn, was hit at 6:52 p.m. by a Bergen County Line train, NJ Transit says. The train was in route from Hoboken and was originally scheduled to arrive in Suffern, New York at 7:22.    

  Remember Rosalyn Quinanes who Were Murder By An NJ Transit Bus Driver on December 23, 2015 A 38-year-old Pleasantville woman   was struck and killed by an NJ Transit bus the night of December 23, 2015, according to the Press of Atlantic City. A witness stated the bus was traveling in heavy rain on Franklin Avenue and struck the woman, Rosalyn Quinones, when the bus turned left onto West Jersey Avenue

Anthony Mulhearn, of Mullinavat, Ireland, was struck and fatally injured by a North Jersey Coast Line train shortly before midnight on Thursday near Spring Lake station, an NJ Transit spokesperson told Patch.                                         Facebook Around six customers or crew were on board the NJ Transit train at the time of the incident, the spokesman said.   Remember 88-year-old woman Killed By  An NJ Transit train in Bergen County on Sep. 13, 2022 Authorities have identified the  pedestrian stuck and killed by a New Jersey Transit train  Monday near the Westwood station as an 88-year-old woman . Cecile Archer, of Westwood, was hit by a Pascack Valley line train at 9:47 a.m. in the area of Broadway and Jefferson Avenue, a New Jersey Transit spokesman said. The train was en route to Spring Valley, New York from Hoboken. Service was suspended for about three hours and substitute bus service was provided. New Jersey Transit police are still investigating how Archer ended up on the tracks.  

 Remember A Man struck and killed by NJ Transit train coming from Bay Head near Spring Lake station on December 16, 2022 SPRING LAKE−A pedestrian was struck and fatally injured by an NJ Transit train late Thursday just south of the borough train station, transit officials said. The North Jersey Coast Line train 4398 had left Bay Head at 11:34 p.m. and was scheduled to arrive at Long Branch at 12:13 a.m., NJ Transit spokeswoman Anjali Hemphill said. The collision occurred at 11:50 p.m. near where the tracks cross Ocean Road, Hemphill said. Their were six people on board at the time, none injured, she said. It was the last train from Bay Head to Long Branch for the day. The man's name has not been released since next of kin have not been notified, she said.
