 Another family crying for the deaths of their loved ones killed by an NJ Transit train engineer and the bus company gives the families no answers! Many families are in pain and seeking answers because their loved ones are still killed by an NJ Transit train and bus driver. And their subcontracted bus company Coach USA bus drivers. The families members are still seeking  an answer. At the same time, the bus company is sweeping these deaths under the rug.

At approximately 12:15 p.m., a female juvenile was hit by Morris & Essex line train #667 heading from Penn Station New York to Dover, according to a NJ Transit spokeswoman. There were no injuries to anyone on the train crew; the train was not carrying passengers. Maplewood Police Chief Jim DeVaul later confirmed that the girl was 14 years old and a Maplewood resident. “Maplewood Police Officers blocked off streets and provided security for the scene,” DeVaul said. “Our hearts go out to the victim’s family.”

 Remember  67-year-old woman  killed by an NJ Transit bus driver in Haledon, NJ On June 10, 2021 HALEDON — A 67-year-old woman died Thursday after she was struck by an NJ Transit bus, according to a spokesperson for the agency. The bus, which had departed from the American Dream shopping complex, was turning left from Belmont Avenue onto Haledon Avenue when it hit the woman, said Lisa Torbic of NJ Transit. There were no passengers on the bus at the time of the crash, which occurred at 4:30 p.m. The woman, a Haledon resident who was not identified, was taken to a St. Joseph's University Medical Center where she was pronounced dead at about 6:15 p.m.

At around 10:45 p.m. Thursday, a Northeast Corridor train that had departed from New York Penn Station fatally hit a pedestrian just west of Elizabeth Station, a spokesman for NJ Transit said in a statement. There were no other injuries reported. Approximately 300 customers and crew were on board at the time of the fatal strike. Service on the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line was temporarily suspended in both directions. Service has since resumed. As of Friday morning, no information on the victim had been released. NJ Transit Police was leading the investigation, the statement said.

The Raritan Valley Line train had originated Penn Station New York and was set to arrive at High Bridge Station at 4:30 p.m. Passengers were provided bus service. Service has since resume a normal schedule after operating with heavy delays during the Monday evening rush.

The man was hit in the northbound middle lane around 10:30 p.m. near the NJ Transit bus park-and-ride and a McDonald’s restaurant, Old Bridge police said Wednesday. The victim wasn’t carrying identification but appeared to be about 40 to 50 years of age, police said. “All attempts are being made to identify him,” a police spokesman said. The woman driving the vehicle stopped and cooperated with police. She is not expected to be charged.   NEW JERSEY TRANSIT BUS STRIKES PEDESTRIAN ON ROUTE 47 Aug 22, 2017 A New Jersey Transit bus struck a male pedestrian on Route 47 under the Route 55 overpass in Millville Tuesday afternoon.  Police say the 45 year old man was airlifted to Cooper Hospital in Camden.  Millville Police are investigating.
