Remember NJ Transit Woman Victim Killed By Their Deadly Train Engineer along Northeast Corridor line on Jan 27, 2021

A woman was struck and killed by a New Jersey Transit train in Middlesex County on Tuesday night, officials said.

She was hit by Northeast Corridor train 3959 at 6:50 p.m. just west of the Metuchen station, according to New Jersey Transit. Her identity was not available, pending family notification.

The train, which had about 100 passengers and crew members aboard, left New York Penn Station at 6:12 p.m. and was due in Trenton at 7:35 p.m.
