Remembering NJ Transit Train Victim Aaron Brown who was murder by their deadly train engineer FLORENCE — A Beverly man was fatally struck by a light rail train here Monday. Aaron Brown, a 22-year-old pedestrian, was hit just after 2:15 p.m. between the River Line's stations in Florence and Roebling, according to NJ Transit police. Twenty-eight passengers and the train’s operator were on board the southbound train at the time of the incident, according to an NJ Transit spokesperson. No other injuries were reported. Rail service between the stations was suspended until 4:45 p.m. The incident remains under investigation, police said.
